Re: Monica's Gang Teen
[edit]Entendo. A propósito, sou brasileiro. Victão Lopes I hear you... 19:49, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
Victão Lopes I hear you... 20:45, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Monica Teen.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Monica Teen.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 22:15, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Possibly unfree File:AWARDS Я US logo.png
[edit]A file that you uploaded or altered, File:AWARDS Я US logo.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. --Skier Dude (talk 02:19, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
Hi, Pedro João. In a July/August 2010 policy discussion (at Wikipedia talk:What Wikipedia is not/Archive 34#Does WP:NOTMYSPACE apply to secret pages?), community consensus was that the policy Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not prohibits secret pages. Would you tag for deletion the page User:Pedro João/Don't know what is the template with {{db-userreq}}? Thank you, Cunard (talk) 07:18, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
License tagging for File:51v2JAF6XCL. SL500 AA300 .jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:51v2JAF6XCL. SL500 AA300 .jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:06, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
If you remove the redirect again it will be considered disruptive editing. Song fails WP:NSONG. Unless it charts or gains significant coverage (which of now its doesnt) it cannot be created. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 19:06, 8 October 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Hi there! I have removed your good faith addition, because while it is a verified account, it is still not a reliable source. She could tweet whatever she wanted, but that doesn't mean it's reliable (e.g. if you remember back to Christmas of 2009, when she announced her brother's coming out, which later turned out to be false). Details like tour dates and locations are ultimately not up to her alone to decide, but employees from her label and agents and other people like that. In my opinion, if it's notable and reliable enough to be mentioned on Wikipedia, it will have been covered by a third-party reliable, verifiable source. Yves (talk) 17:01, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

Let's leave it like that in the article. There is no harm leaving the actual title in the Wikilink as the page WAS initially created and WILL return there (for all we know it could be a few days, or a couple of weeks). Putting it to go directly to the season summary page will be counter-intuitive when the article is restored; at that point, we'll have to do cleanup editing to fix it here and anywhere else it's done at. Better to leave less work, I think. =) CycloneGU (talk) 21:10, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

Loud album cover
[edit]Rihanna's album cover is a close up portrait of her face. We need to be extremely careful that when uploading images we do not upload an image which is of too high quality because she is still a living subject and thus breach WP:NFCC or international copyright laws. Both state that the physical image uploaded and the version of the image appearing in the infobox must be of low quality so that they do not infringe upon the copyright of the artist creating the image. Whilst yes it mentions 'acceptable' quality this doesn't mean an image of the highest resolution but rather an image which would NOT distort the contents of the cover art. All versions of the image I uploaded clearly depicted Rihanna with no distortions or blemishes - this is classified as acceptable. Yet both yourself and JonathonL have been uploading much higher quality images with a much sharper resolution and pallet of colors. I have abstained from further changes to the image as the last version uploaded (see here) was accepted by the deleting administrator. Please refrain from further changes. -- Lil_℧niquℇ №1 | talk2me 21:31, 16 December 2010 (UTC)

Hey there! In response to your query, the reason I sectioned it that way is because music videos usually serve as promotional items for songs. You are correct in that many articles do have their own level 2 sections, but that is because they have a separate section for live performances. Since "E.T." has had few live performances, and more promotional vehicles (a lyrics video, iPod Touch app, etc.), it made sense for me to label the section all under "Promotion" and wouldn't make sense for that to be separate from the music video. I also wanted the music video as a subheading because the music video is connected in a way to the lyric video. Further, the promotion section would be quite short with its own level 2 section. Does that answer your question? Also, if you're not too busy, of course, I was wondering if you could help me maintain the article? There's been some original research going on in terms of the video, and I don't want to keep reverting all of them. Thanks! Yves (talk) 14:41, 1 April 2011 (UTC)

Non-free rationale for File:Mon-gang.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Mon-gang.JPG. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. File copyright problem with File:Rihanna at Set of 'You Da One'..png
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Rihanna at Set of 'You Da One'..png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 22:00, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Rihanna at Set of 'You Da One'..png
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Rihanna at Set of 'You Da One'..png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Alpha_Quadrant (talk) 23:25, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Satellites (song), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page WAP (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
